Think tanks are organizations that conduct research and usually engage in advocacy in public policy. Pick two think tanks for your this paper [The Heritage Foundation and Progressive Policy Institute in Washington D.C] and that research on Education policy issue and analyze their structures, finances, and positions. What are their policy agendas? How do these agendas translate into their research? How are they funded? What are the dangers associated with think tanks?
