revise/rewrite summary analysis essay

Hello, I have a summary analysis essay need to revise/rewrite. I got a "F" for this essay. And I want to get an "A" after revised/rewrote.

This essay is about a article called "border patrol nation dispatches from the front lines of homeland security" in attachment.

And you need to write a 3 pages essay (at least) based on answering the six questions in attachment.
