Revise the draft

I have my own first draft(it is a letter, 650 words). Base on my first draft, I need help to revise the content and need to have 900 words. The attachments below are the articles that I need to cite in my letter. Please cite at least two of the sources if you need. You can delete and add anything you want, just focus on the topic. And at the last, write a 350 words reflective cover letter.
