review of a professional engineering journal article

Hi,

I want a review of a professional engineering journal article. The article MUST come from a scholarly journal such as the American Society of Civil Engineers,etc.

the reserch or the journal artical MUST be about:

- bridges

- water filtrations

- wind turbains

- Summarize the research and analyze the results.

- Give your opinion on the research.

Also,there are many questions that you should ask yourself when reading the article. A few might be,

- What was the outcome of this research?

- Was something new accomplished?

- How does it affect the associated field of study?

- How does it affect everyday life?

- Does the research follow sound engineering principles?

- Was the research ethical?

Don't confine yourself to these questions only.
