Then, reflect on Barack Obama’s quote to Congress in 2009, "There is no program or policy that can substitute for a mother or father who will attend parent-teacher conferences or help with homework or turn off the TV, put away the video games, read to their child.  Responsibility for our children's [futures] must begin at home."  What does this mean to you?
