Responses to answers.

Here I attached 2 case studies and each one has two questions. 

Also, I attached a classmate answers to those questions for the first and second case study. 

NOTE: you will have only to read the questions for both cases first and  THEN, You have to respond to the first case study answers ( Talking responsibility) in a small paragraph. and respond to the sec. case study answers ( managing talent)   in a small paragraph too.
