I am very confident about being able to implement my classroom management plan during my first year of teaching.  I may be a bit nervous when the time comes due to the fact that it will be my first year teaching, but at the same time, I know that I will have other professionals around me that I will be able to seek advice from if the need arises.  My classroom management plan will help create a welcoming environment for the students, establish a routine that is easy to get used to, explain in detail and demonstrate the class procedures, rules and consequences as well as the reward system that will be in place.  By utilizing each of these aspects correctly, I feel as though I will have a class where the students look forward to coming every day and enjoy what they are learning.  Parents will know and see that I am there for the students and available to answer any questions the parents may have.
