The processes in which student assessment is done is done in multiple ways. We adhere to PAWS testing, DSPA and a collaboration of summative and formative reassessments. By using a variety of ways to assess a student it allows for each aspect of the classroom to be evaluated. With each lesson I have witnessed and implemented we go by model, together and then independent work. Independent work is where you are able to see what they were able to retain from the lesson. With each lesson we use some form of assessment whehter it be paper and pencil documentation of "I learned" "I wonder" type of templates.
