First, teaching sight words through music. The teacher can teach the sight words with a catching tune that the students can repeat. The students will learn how to spell the sight words and say the sight words. Second, the teacher can teach the sight words using a word wall. The teacher can play a game using the word wall. Each time the game is played the students must point to the word wall to find thebword and spell the word. Lastly, the teacher can teach the sight words by through a game. Some of the games the students can learn to recognize their sight words and spell their sight words are: concentration, go-fish, and word searches.
