The principle of an effective literacy program that would be challenging from my reading is differentiate instruction. It would be hard for me to adjust lessons that would fit the students need. It can be time consuming trying to modify the lesson to meet a few students needs. I understand that we are here to make adjustments as necessary, but it require a lot of effort and determination to remember that there are students that need the lesson broken down in a smaller scale. Out of all the principles this one of differentiate instruction would be the hardest. The strategy that can be used is to talk to other teachers to seee how they deal with modifications of lessons. Also, try to remember that we are here to help the students no matter what level they are on. I could leave myself a note to remember to have some lessons modified to meet the other stude
