How is racial discrimination and insensitivity still prevalent in institutions of higher education? 

With colleges naming academic buildings after known racist by segr college campuses with predominantly white campus that only have thing that appeal to white people and Historically Black Colleges and Universities focusing on it primarily African American student body 

Solution 1 relieve stressors 

solutions 2 incorparate diversity with the environment and academics culture 

Solution 3 accept and welcome more of a diverse student body
