i want to write a respond about the power of the Supreme Court is certainly a major issue for this class.  Do the Justices have too much power?  Obviously, their life terms give them plenty of opportunity to take difficult stands on the issues of the day.  Linda Greenhouse wondered if the Justices are simply politicians in robes.  Great question that you have to think about as you live in the US; not to mention this class.  So, tell us what you think about the power of the Justices.  Should we try to cut it back, or does this work for the country?
