 This is in regards to violence within families, against women and children and State-mandated reporting requirements.

Reporting rates would certainly increase if people were more educated on what should be reported or how the laws were written so they knew what needed to be reported.  If you were to put something together for people in your state,(COLORADO), what might you include in the presentation (i.e. statistics for your state, what the laws say, where to find help)?
