Research-In-Progress Report and drafting outline

Aight this is it. Its very easy.

Last week I had to turn in for my english class a research proposal of my essay which is about something im passionated to. Im interested to talk about airplanes as you can see in the attachements 1 and 2. The teacher told me that I had to change my research exploratory question (the questions that it has to be answered by the research essay) because it was not debatable and the research questions has to be something debatable. Attachment #1 and #2 are the research proposal checked by the teacher for you to see it and use it as a guidance for the following work:

I need you to create another exploratory research question about airplanes that is dabatable and I need you to do my research-in-progress report. This is in MLA format.. I need you to annotate 10 sourcers.. 5 scholar, 1-2 from my own research and the remaining no scholar but still reliable. Instructions are in attachment #3. Minimum of 500 words and maximum of 1200 words.(attachment #3 for the instructions) 

-Annotated Bibliography

-briefly summarize the source and its main ideas

-tell how the source relates to the research topic

-tell what new and diferent info this source provides.

 Please FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN ATTACHMENT#3 AND USE SIMPLE ENGLISH!. Because my teacher is a very tough greater and my english is not sophisticated and i done want her to figure that im not the one doing this so please!

After that I need you to do a simple drafiting outline. Prepare an outline of all the parts of my essay indicating sources that will support each point. Do that in the same document and after the research in progress report. (ATTACHMENT#4 for instructions)

Im willing to pay 15$ 10 for the in progress report and 5 for the drafting outline. If i really like this two works You will definetly be my tutor for the whole essay in the future.
