Research paper (women in the military)

please see the first and second drafts of my research paper. Needs to have 2-3 additional pages added, and checks on APA or MLA format (I think I used a different format for each draft version, and whichever format you want to use is fine). 

The checklist must be followed. I also attached background documents and can provide more if you would like.
