Research paper for psychology

Hi,

I have to do a research paper for my Psychology class. Here is the directions:

-6 pages - plus cover and references pages;

-a cover page;

- a references page with five to eight references

    - no personal opinions - use a minumum of one citation per paragraph in your discussion.

    - use only the textbook, and ventura college databases of full text articles;

            - EBSCO - Behavioral Sciences and ProQuest - PsychArticles

the written portion of the project must include the following section headers (do not  add extras)

Introduction (1 paragraph)

- Discussion - based on referenced material (5 pages total)

    - Background (1 page)

    -Subtheme 1- (2 pages- create an appropriate header name)

    - Subtheme 2- (2 pages - create an apprpriate header name)

-Relevant Chapters - chapters from your text that are relevant to your topic (1 paragraph) 

-Summary ( 1 paragraph)

* APA FORMAT

TOPIC:  " HOW PSYCHOLOGY CAN HELP, INFLUENCE ON SPORTS PERFORMANCE" 

These are the requirements that I have to have on my paper.
