NOTE From the teacher :

Telling me what you found on the company's web site, or what you found in a journal article through the Library, is a good starting point.  But it's just that, a starting point.  If you want an A or B on your paper, then you need to tell me what you think about what you report.  Here it is perfectly acceptable to say things like "I think" or "I recommend" or "if I was a manager in this department at this organization, I would do..."

Additionally, in terms of grammar, be sure to avoid run-on sentences, sentence fragments, and punctuation errors.  While this is not an English course, it is a business course, and one of the goals for the assignment is to help you become a better writer in the workplace.
