Research Paper Outline - chronic disease or condition (Parkinson's Disease) 

This outline will help prepare you to write the Research Paper.  The outline must contain:  

 a.  Introduction with thesis statement

 b.  Major headings

 c.  Conclusion

 d.  Reference page containing at least three articles from your research that you have read. 

The articles used should be current (published within the last five years) and be listed in APA format.  The paper should be three to- four pages in length.
