 You must comment on each of the Reconstruction Amendments as well as at least 3 from the Bill of Rights:

How can it be said that the Reconstruction Amendments of the United States Constitution were an extension of the first ten amendments written soon after the constitutions's 1789 ratification?  Be sure to comment on the claim that those same Reconstruction Amendments were not as effective as the authors had hoped.
