Research Paper about a great musician/composer

 Research Paper (based on musical subject).

•   Your assignment is to write a three to four pages long paper with cover page.

•   There will also be a research paper on the musical subject of the choice of the student. The topic may be a composer, a style of music, an artist, etc.  For all classes, the paper will be NO LESS than 1000 words and it will include a bibliography. Plagiarism and other forms of academic dishonesty will NOT be tolerated!

o Topic: Talk about a great musician/composer (any). 

      - This is a Music an Appreciaetion class.

•   The body of your paper should be 4 pages or at least 1000 words. 

•   Your assignment must be typed double spaced. (MLA Format) 

•   Failure to follow MLA format/style will result in a 10% reduction in your score 

•   One inch margins all around the page. 

•   Font 12, Times New Roman ONLY. 

•   You must have a Cover Page, an Introduction and Conclusion, and a References page as requested in MLA format 

•   Write it everything in your OWN words 

•    Failure to include credible resources will result in a penalty at the professor

  discretion 

•   The assignment is due on Wednesday 7/8/2015 by 7 am. For each day your 

  paper is late there will be a 2.5% reduction in score

•   The use of Wikipedia, Investopedia, Yahoo answers, or any other internet blog 

  question-answer websites as a source is not acceptable and will result in a 10% 

  reduction in score
