The Paper involves you in the investigation of a particular problem somewhere in the world today. You will describe the problem from two opposing sides and then explain which side you believe to be correct (justifying your position).

1. use standard 8.5 by 11 inch paper as you write 8 to 10 pages of text.
2. type the text using 10 to 12 point print and one inch margins.
3. provide 12 to 15 reputable sources of information.
4. include citations in the body of the text (you must use scientific notation or footnotes in your text).
5. include a bibliography that is alphabetized by the author’s last name and includes the date of the work in question, the title and the publication name/publisher).
6. Obtain sources from books, magazines/journals, and reputable websites and at least four of those sources must not come from the Internet.
