Select a topic related to Security and Risk Mgmt and prepare a research paper based upon your chosen topic. The main idea behind this research paper is for you to explore a topic in greater detail adding to your knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA’s). Explore and learn about an area you feel you need additional knowledge and information.

The research paper should include background information regarding your topic, i.e. history, current data/findings, trends, reason for selecting topic, be sure to cite sources of information (reference page at the end of report).

Your paper should include how this research could benefit your chosen field, how it might be implemented and used in/by a commercial, non-commercial food service operation, lodging operation, GEM, resort, and or convention and meeting planning professional.

Please include a 1/2 page summary of your research report at the end.

This paper should be a minimum of 4-6 pages not including your cover page and references. Font 12, single spaced.
