Write a 4 page report that discusses the pros and cons of very simple plans versus detailed plans, although the standards mandate very specific requirements for the plans that add a level of complexity. 

• Include a summary paragraph/abstract at the beginning of the report.
• Include a conclusion at the end of the report.
• Include at least 3-5 professional references.
• Include all references (books, web sites, etc.) where you collected your information.
