Research Memo and Presentatiom

This assignment requires you to write a DETAILED MEMO to the president of the united state chronicling the current race and crime in america. The president expects that your memo will contain the following. 1) some historical context of the problem; 2) a discussion of the current state of race and crime; and your view on prospects for the future. If your prospects for the future are not optimistic, the president wants some potential directions.

The guidelines for the writing assignment are as follows; 1) should be in memo form and adressed to the president; 2) should be no more than five (5) double- spaced pages; . 3). 5 page paper .  it should incooperate all race related course materials; and the memo should be free from errors (You are, after all, writing for the president!).
