In honor of Banned Books Week 2014, your assignment for today is as follows:

 

*Go to the Brown-Daniels library, find a copy of one of the books on the Banned Book list. You will have to research the list for yourself

 

*Take a creative photo of yourself with the book. Tweet it or Instagram it to me and use the hashtag, #TNStateBannedBooksWeek2014

 

*Write(Type) a 2-3 page paper informing me WHY the book was banned. You know you will have to research, so please have a works cited page.

 

A printed copy of the paper must be turned in to Professor Bornac on Friday, September 26,2014. You will also need to load a copy into the drop

box I will create.
