Requesting English Professors.Review and rate my essay, need honest opinions and suggestions on how to make it better

it is  a research essay on racial profiling and stereotyping of african americans.

Main points are to describe the thesis in the intro

Brief history of the the start of racial profiling etc

statsics and media involvment

My counter argument is the last paragrhaph which i feel is extremely weak and needs to be refined.

I just want some opinions on making this more accurate or is it accurate enought or should i elaborate more.
