1. Using any search engine, find any organization and study their organizational structure. In a report, describe each of them.
2. Try to decipher the organization’s use of organizational design elements; work specialization, departmentalization, chain of command, span of control, centralization–decentralization, and  formalization.
3. Write a report about your findings. Explain each of the six elements how it is observe or applied in the organization. Please follow the suggested order of discussion.
