DIRECTIONS

1. SUMMARY: This report will have 3 pages in this order: 1. a cover page, 2. an observation page, 3. a selfie page.

2. On your own, go to the UVU Library Roots of Knowledge installation. Give yourself 1 to 2 hours for your visit.

3. Take a selfie in front of the Roots of Knowledge installation. Save it as a JPG file.

4. Look at all of the panels of the Roots of Knowledge installation.

5. COVER PAGE: Include your name, ART 1010-301, Extra Credit Museum Visit Report: UVU Library, and the date you completed the report. DO NOT include any other information on the Cover Page. DO NOT put any artwork, photographs, shapes, lines, or anything else on this page.

6. OBSERVATION PAGE: Describe 4 things you liked or disliked in the Roots of Knowledge installation. This could be a specific panel, a specific part of a panel, the installation as a whole, and/or the arrangement of the installation. Fill the entire page. Please take notes for this while you are at the library and do not try to write this from memory.

7. SELFIE PAGE: Import your selfie JPG file into this page. DO NOT put any type, artwork, photographs, shapes, lines, or anything else on this page.

8. Save your report as a PDF file and upload it here. This report will not be accepted after April 27th at 11:00 pm.
