RELIGION/HISTORY QUESTION
The answer does not have to be long.
This week we read about three religious traditions (Assyrians, Babylonians, and Phoenicians) spanning almost a dozen civilizations and spanning thousands of years. Although they are all very different beliefs, with distinct gods, traditions, rituals, and stories, they have much in common. What elements seem to be a part of every religion? And on the other side, what do the differences in these religions tell us about the uniqueness of particular cultures?
