Reinforcement and Punishment

Submit a two- to three-page paper (excluding title and reference pages) in which you discuss the course textbook’s conclusions regarding whether or not punishment is an effective way to control and/or diminish undesirable behavior. Describe how this corresponds to your own experience, and suggest alternatives to punishment for diminishing undesirable behavior.
