I HAVE TWO ASSIGNMENTS ONE THAT I NEED 3 POWER POINT SLIDES AND THEN I NEED A PAPER.

All the questions are providied below for the 2 assignmnets.

I need to know if you can have 3 power point slides done for me .

This is the work I need.   I need it by Wednesday 01/11/2017 by 6pm. The 3 slides need to be from the follwing website https://www.federalregister.gov/agencies the letters are between  (F-J) so go to the link and find an agiency from the letter f-j. Its a team project but I only need one agency for all three slides, Below is one of the assignments out of two, The second asignemnt its a paper and I need it by thursday  by 01/12/2017 @ 1900 california west coast time.  For all the work I need citations, plagarism free and refreances and original work because if you use a previous paper I will find out.

Read "Case 15.3 Free Enterprise Fund v. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board" in Ch. 15 of the text.  You may also review scholarly resources and news article discussing the case.

Write a paper of 1000-1200 words in which you answer the following: 

• What is the constitutional issue in this case?
• If auditing of financial statements is required for the protection of public company investors, shouldn't all PCAOB members come from the investment community that uses audited financial statements? Why or why not?
• How does the decision in this case impact the validity of the PCAOB and other provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act?
• How can businesses use this case to challenge administrative agency actions in the future?
