Reflective report (700 words worth 20%)

You are required to think about and reflect on a time when you were a member of a team.  You could draw on your experience of being in any sort of group i.e. sports team/industry work group/university study group etc. You need to be aware that the group caused a shift in your perspective or in your value systems and you behaved in accordance with the group dynamic. The experience could have been positive or negative. This reflection is not about moral judgments but about your ability to reflect on experiences and to be aware of group behaviour and your own behaviour in a group.

You are required to apply theoretical concepts from the course. You may focus on any 2, 3 or more concepts from the course as long as you are able to relate back to a lecture or tutorial.

You should use material and resources beyond the textbook and assigned readings. Make sure you read widely and review the relevant academic literature on the issues you decide to examine. Do not duplicate lecture slides and set texts from the course.

The reflection needs to:

·         Consist of 700 words

·         Outline the issues you identified

·         Use theory covered in the course  to analyse and evaluate the reflection

·         Justify analysis by reference to relevant theory
