First, I worked at the pharmacy's reception 

Second, I worked with customer service 

Third, I worked on creating contracts between the pharmacy and local hospitals

Fourth, I contacted patients whose prescriptions were expired and helped them reach out to their doctors in order to solve the issue.

Finally, I helped the administration department check contracts with insurance companies. 

The student performed all the tasks assigned to him in a time manner and effectively. He has a very good potential with customer service, which was what he mainly performed at our pharmacy. However, he did also a very good job in the administrative part. 

Like it was mentioned previously, the student has very strong customer service capabilities. 

Our pharmacy had a great time working with Tirkerstani. We only recommend that he keeps pursuing his education with excellence. He showed great competence in his area of study.
