Reflection for course/ EDL 550:Leadership in Education:

1- Reflection : Evidence of strong reflective thought pertaining to personal perspectives and professional development. Reflection includes reactions/responses that are meaningful and appropriately supports the selected outcome.

2-Artifact : Artifact shows extensive knowledge of content and detailed descriptions of the importance of relationship to the outcome.

3-Professional Appearance : Concordia template, correct organizational headings and subheadings. Times New Roman 12 pt. black font utilized. Writing clearly articulated, with no errors in grammar, spelling or punctuation.
