.  If  you were the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a corporation and chairperson (leader) on the board of directors, what factors might you consider in trying to make a decision about whether to replace a departing board member with a new  director from “outside” the corporation or with someone from “inside” the corporation who is also a member of the company’s management (like the Vice-President of Sales).
