- Provide Recommendations and Conclusions.

•The report should consist of the following sections: 

1.Introduction  and Background on the Organization and Topic;

2.Literature Review (basically, a review of the relevant literature using at least four (4) academic-quality resources;

3.Workable Recommendations (S.M.A.R.T.- Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Related, Timely) and Conclusion;

4.Bibliography (APA format)
