CRC cards can be created in Microsoft Excel and pasted into the 1 required Microsoft Word document submission.  Complete every field of the CRC cards and include granular detail in the class diagrams.  Sufficient detail is necessary to allow the system to be developed.

a. Develop a use case for each of the major processes

just described.

b. Create the context diagram for the system just

described.

c. Create the DFD fragments for each of the four

use cases outlined in part a, and then combine

them into the level 0 DFD.
