Read the Case Study contained in the Conference Discussion Area (Daimler Case Study).

Analyze the information security and other technology issues discussed in the article. Develop a security strategy that incorporates the key concepts of confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA). Include solutions that relate to People, Process and Technology.

Step 1: Summarize the security/technology issues from the case study

Step 2: Document a recommended security/technology strategy to mitigate security vulnerabilities.

Step 3: Prioritize the solutions you are recommending with a proposed timeline.

Step 4: Summarize a high-level remediation plan regarding next steps.

The deliverable for this assignment is a 5 page paper in APA format with at least 3 references. NOTE: Page count does not include cover page or reference page.

Please read the attached Case Study.  Determine the security issues relative to the merger of these two well-known car companies.  Develop a security strategy that you would propose to assist the CIO in her quest to merge the two IT infrastructures.  Relate the strategy to People/Process/Technologies that would improve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of the company's IT infrastructure.  Follow the steps outlined in the syllabus. This is a high level plan, no longer than 5 pages (excluding the cover/content/reference pages).  Please ensure you use at least 3 references for this paper.

Regarding Step 3: high level plan that prioritizes your security strategy components. Remember the CIO is under pressure to merge the two IT infrastructures as quickly as possible.
