Answer three question:

You need not visit every site, and you can seek out sources of your own. After some research and consideration, answer the following questions:

1. Make a case in favor of Facebook taking more responsibility for the fake news stories. On what principles would these responsibilities be based? What actions would be required?
2. Talk about Facebook's role in a functioning democracy. How do Facebook's operations promote or hinder democratic values and participation? How should Facebook or any other company balance democratic values with market values?
3. What are your thoughts concerning this issue? Did you learn anything new in your research? What has your experience been with regards to companies and political debate?

I would expect one to two paragraphs for each question.
