Read the article and answer

You have already read the article: "The Power to See Ourselves" by Paul Brouwer, and we have discussed the article in class. Your assignment is to write a synthesis of the article (identify important points) and a personal reflection. The personal reflection should include your reaction to the article and how you might use the information in the article to enhance your leadership skills.
