Read and Reflect

Submit a short reading passage that is related to some personal learning or insight from the chapter's reading. 

The submission should include the following:

* A brief explanation of why this passage was important to you.

*How might it show how you could improve upon past negotiations problems or limitations that you might have encountered.

* What did you find surprising or unexpected; however, helpful in how you think about negotiation activities

* an example of how the principle or idea mentioned in the reading was important in your everyday negotiations
