Quick simple social science question

I need someone else's opinion.......

Do you think the social learning theory goes along with the social cognitive theory? In other words, when children are being rewarded for certain social behaviors, do you think this is also developing into a social norm or a blue print in the way they are interpreting the information they are learning?
