This essay is full of great information but suffers from awkwardness of grammar and word choice. It also seems to follow the Wikipedia article on Black Pepper VERY closely and while it stops short of plagiarism, I'd suggest you put a little more distance between you and Wikipedia for the second draft. Please make sure you add a concluding analysis as well.
