Question on social psychology- behaviour and attitude

What is Attribution Theory? Explain fundamental attribution errors we tend to make while assigning attribute? When does behavior determine attitudes? Do you confront prejudice? Since we are also looking at group behavior - politics comes to mind where belief perseverance is a significant problem. When we are looking for the best candidate to run in a particular office - we sometimes discount the arguments from the candidate we have decided we do not want to elect. Do you think that hinders the democratic process? Anyone?
