5 points on good grammar and general flow of the report,
8 points on describing your work environment, with emphasis on 2 areas where quantitative techniques are used, or might be used, and
12 points on describing how you would implement these 2 techniques. Emphasize the goal of the organization in using the techniques and how you would use the results.
