Quality in Operations and Projects: Toyota

Using an organization, operation or project of your choice, critically analyse their approach to the

management of quality, especially with regards to TQM (Total Quality Management). Use relevant

academic literature to underpin your analysis and make appropriate recommendations as to what

might be feasibly be implemented to improve the performance in the short term and over the longer

term.

The assignment should be 1950 words as per the order request. Tables and

Diagrams, reference list are excluded from the word count.

Structure Guidelines: Introduction, Main section (with subheadings), Conclusions.

The report should be written as an academic assignment, with referencing in the Harvard

style and a references section at the end of the report.
