public speaking Video Assignment

Your assignment is to:

1. Take notes while you watch a one-hour video that summarizes the entire process of writing and delivering a speech.
2. Type your notes in proper outline form--you do not have to use complete sentences, but a reader who did not watch the video should be able to make sense of the video from your notes.
3. Write a couple of paragraphs describing the most valuable things you learned from the video about the process of creating and delivering a speech.
4. Submit your outline and responses as a single document attachment saved as a Word (.doc) or Rich Text Format (.rtf) file. Name the file: your last name + PSVA. If I submitted the file, for example, the name of the file would be JewellPSVA.

A typical submission will be between 2 and 3 pages.

Make sure you have a current version of RealPlayer installed on your computer, which you can download for free by clicking here.  

If you're working from a Mac there is a program you can upload for free from:  http://www.real.com.au/?mode=rp_mac.
