1. The textbook defines the concept of "personality type," or simply "types," as "people who have several traits in common". Type A and Type B personality types have been researched in the literature quite extensively. Think of one of your favorite movies or TV program's main characters. Classify the traits of the main characters according to Type A or B. How would you classify yourself? What role does self-concept and/or self-esteem play in how you perceive yourself or how others perceive you?
