ØDescribe early clues to the diagnosis, and indicate assessment procedures for identification of the disability. Describe the profile of the disability: Address sensory, cognitive, medical problems, social-emotional, gross motor, fine motor, self-help (developmental areas) associated with this diagnosis. Recommend services the child might need in the classroom including the rationale for the suggested services. Introduce the accommodations/modifications that are likely to be needed in a classroom setting for the child to be successful.
