Describe a work or school experience for which you were extrinsically or intrinsically motivated (discuss the difference between the two types of motivation and include an example of each). Include the job characteristics model of work motivation (including the five core job characteristics 1) skill; 2) task identity; 3) task significance; 4) autonomy; 5) feedback.  Using your current job (or a recent one) evaluate the job in terms of the five core job characteristics.   How accurately do they reflect your level of motivation? 350 words
